How we use your data

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except as described below.

Third-party services

Winederland relies on the following infrastructure providers. Each has its own privacy policy.

Public share pages

If you generate a share link, a public page at winederland.io/p/[your-link] will display your username, taste profile axes, and wine personality. This page is accessible to anyone with the link. You can stop sharing at any time by not distributing the link; we do not index or advertise share pages.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, tasting notes, and photos from our systems.

Children's privacy

Winederland is an alcohol-related app intended for adults of legal drinking age. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the legal drinking age in their country. The app presents an age gate on first launch.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
